Stutter Step

Well it's February 1 and my last post was January 18th.  A couple of things happened, I did go back to CFU the next day and did the workout and all was fine.  Then over the weekend I did something that totally screwed my back and I missed a week. 

Then Monday January 29th rolled around and I decided since it was my 50th birthday that I would forego CF in favor of steak and baked potato. Damn that was good too.

I did go back to CFU yesterday for one really nice workout, I mean it nearly killed me but it felt strangely good to do.  I have not gotten on a scale yet as 3 workouts in 2 weeks doesn't warrant it yet, but I will in a week or so.
